Aparat do elektroforezy pionowej o modułowej budowie na duże żele. Możliwość dostosowania odpowiedniego zestawu startowego zawierającego zgodnie z zapotrzebowaniem moduł do elektroforezy pionowej, do IEF lub do blottingu. Aparat na szybki o wymiarach 20x20 na 1-4 żele przeznaczony do PAGE, na IPG 18cm i rurek dla IEF oraz do 4 kaset dla blottingu. W zestawie wszystkie niezbędne akcesoria: przystawka do wylewania żeli, grzebienie, szyby (szyba z przyklejonymi przekładkami). Jednoczesny zakup kilku modułów (PAGE, Electroblotting, IEF), pozwala obniżyć cenę.

Aparat Enduro VE20 to elastyczność zastosowań, łatwe wylewanie żelu oraz mocowanie żelu wymagające tylko 4 wkrętów mocujących (16 x 17,5cm). Modułowa budowa aparatu oraz uszczelka zapewnia szczelność podczas wylewania żelu. Pionowy zacisk rozkłada równomiernie nacisk wzdłuż wysokości żelu (nie w jego środku) tak, aby wyeliminować wygięcie żelu. Wszystkie techniki (PAGE, IPG, IEF, blotting) mogą być wykonywane przy użyciu tego samego zestawu bazowego. Duże wymiary żeli zapewniają rozszerzone odstępy, większą przepustowość próbek i lepsze rozdziały. Pojemność buforu od 640ml do 5300ml. Istnieje możliwość zastosowania wężownicy chłodzącej. Dostępna jest duża gama akcesoriów z kolorowymi grzebieniami, szybami także z zamontowanymi na stałe przekładkami, pakiety chłodzące i inne elementy systemu. Możliwość zastosowania gotowych żeli.

ENDURO™ VE20 Vertical Gel Electrophoresis System

 

ENDURO™ VE20 Vertical Gel System

Labnet's ENDURO VE20 is our new large format vertical gel electrophoresis system. Designed to perform a variety of separations, including first and second-dimension SDS-PAGE, native, preparative, radient, high-resolution nucleic acid electrophoresis and electroblotting, the VE20 is one of the most versatile large format vertical systems available. 

The VE20 distinguishes itself in its flexibility of applications, ease of gel casting and set-up requiring only 4 screws to secure 4 (16 x 17.5cm) gels. The VE20 vertical screw-clamp configuration distributes pressure evenly along the height of the gel rather than in the center to eliminate plate bowing and gel compression. The new configuration still maintains a leak-proof seal during casting; while the ergonomic wave-like design of the PAGE insert aids both handling and set up.

Whether it is running 2 or 4 gels, electro blotting or IEF using IPG strips, all of these techniques may be performed using the same base unit while retaining the benefits provided by large format electrophoresis, such as extended separation distances, greater sample throughput and superior resolution. Whatever your large format gel requirements are, the VE20 can b made to meet them.
